As part of the implementation of the SAFE-MIT Project Youth Empowerment Society (YES) invites qualified consultants to submit applications for the following two consultancy assignments:
1. Expert for School & Education Stakeholder Mapping
This assignment aims to develop a desk-based mapping of stakeholders and institutions relevant to the education sector in the target areas and to categorize them according to their relevance, influence, and potential for future collaboration.
The assignment will be based on a review of project documents and records, as well as structured interviews with members of the YES project team. It will not involve direct interviews or consultations with provincial education directorates or educational institutions during the assignment period.
The assignment will cover Salé, Témara–Skhirat, Kénitra, Khémisset, and Sidi Kacem.
Duration: 10 working days.
2. Consultant for Project Output Valuation Report
This assignment aims to produce a comprehensive report assessing and valuing the outputs of the SAFE-MIT project.
The consultant will identify and review the outputs produced and assess their level of completion, quality, relevance, and usability. The assignment will also document good practices, challenges, and lessons learned and provide practical recommendations to strengthen the sustainability, reuse, and dissemination of project outputs.
Duration: 16 working days.
Consultants may apply for either assignment or for both. Applicants wishing to apply for both assignments must submit a separate technical and financial proposal for each assignment, while maintaining a clear distinction between their respective scope, deliverables, and implementation period.
Application Package
Applications must include the following documents:
- An updated curriculum vitae.
- A technical proposal demonstrating an understanding of the assignment and presenting the proposed methodology and work plan.
- A lump-sum financial proposal in Moroccan dirhams, clearly indicating applicable taxes and included expenses.

Applicants applying for both assignments must submit a separate application package for each assignment or organize their documents in a manner that clearly distinguishes between the two proposals.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Youth Empowerment Society reserves the right to contact shortlisted candidates for an interview. YES also reserves the right not to select any proposal or to relaunch the call for applications, where appropriate.
