1. Objective<\/h5>

The Media Expert will be responsible for the high-quality visual documentation of all SAFE-MIT project phases. The goal is to capture the essence of the project\u2019s activities\u2014from workshops and community outreach to expert sessions\u2014and transform these moments into engaging visual assets and “best-off” capsules for digital and institutional use.<\/p>

2. Scope of Work & Responsibilities<\/h5>
A. Audiovisual Documentation<\/b><\/h6>

  • Photography:<\/b> Capture high-resolution professional photographs of all project milestones, including participants’ engagement, trainers, and field interventions.<\/p><\/li>

  • Video Production:<\/b> Film key moments of the project activities, ensuring high-quality audio and stable visuals (B-roll and interviews).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    B. Editing & Post-Production<\/b><\/h6>

    • Best-Off Capsules:<\/b> Edit and produce a series of short “Best-Off” video capsules (30\u201360 seconds) summarizing each project phase or specific activity.<\/p><\/li>

    • Photo Curation:<\/b> Deliver a curated and edited digital photo library, organized by activity, for use in reports and on social media.<\/p><\/li>

    • Branding:<\/b> Apply all project branding (YES, Seefar, MMD III logos) and necessary disclaimers on all visual outputs.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      C. Storytelling<\/b><\/h6>

      • Identify and document “Success Stories” or impactful moments through photography and short video interviews.<\/p><\/li>

      • Ensure all documented content follows ethical guidelines and that “Informed Consent” is obtained from all filmed participants.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3. Key Deliverables<\/h5>

        1. Phase-Based Video Capsules:<\/b> A minimum of\u00a020 short-form videos optimized for Reels and Stories (covering project phases).<\/p><\/li>

        2. Professional Photo Bank:<\/b> A comprehensive digital archive of at least 100 high-quality edited photos.<\/p><\/li>

        3. B-Roll Archive:<\/b> A library of raw video footage for future institutional use.<\/p><\/li>

        4. Final Summary Video:<\/b> A 2-minute “Project Journey” video consolidating all documented phases.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          4. Required Qualifications<\/h5>

          • Experience:<\/b> Proven experience in field photography and video production, preferably with NGOs.<\/p><\/li>

          • Technical Skills:<\/b> Proficiency in professional photo\/video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom\/Photoshop).<\/p><\/li>

          • Equipment:<\/b> Must possess professional-grade camera, audio, and lighting equipment.<\/p><\/li>

          • Mobility:<\/b> Ability to travel to different project locations within Morocco to document activities on-site.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
