The consultant will produce a high-quality Project Output Valuation Report that measures the efficacy, reach, and qualitative\/quantitative impact of the project&#8217;s activities (including teacher training cycles, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagements), providing institutional evidence and strategic recommendations for the association and its partners.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Scope of Work &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator and will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/p><ol><li><strong> Desk Review &amp; Methodology Design<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Review all internal project documentation, including participant lists, training materials, attendance sheets, and financial engineering data.<\/li><li>Design a rigorous evaluation methodology, including quantitative indicators (e.g., number of beneficiaries reached) and qualitative tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups, or interviews with key stakeholders and project partners).<\/li><\/ul><ol><li><strong> Field Research &amp; Data Collection<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Conduct field visits to project intervention sites to collect primary data from direct beneficiaries (teachers, youth, and civil society actors).<\/li><li>Gather testimonies and qualitative feedback regarding the long-term impact of the awareness campaigns on irregular migration and trafficking.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li><strong> Data Analysis &amp; Report Drafting<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Analyze the collected data to measure output targets against actual results achieved.<\/li><li>Structure and write the Project Output Valuation Report, integrating comprehensive statistical data, tables, charts, and actionable operational recommendations for future associative projects.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Key Deliverables &amp; Timeline<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The contract spans over 30 days, with deliverables expected according to the following phased schedule:<\/p><table><thead><tr><td><p>Phase<\/p><\/td><td><p>Deliverable<\/p><\/td><td><p>Deadline<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><p>Phase 1<\/p><\/td><td><p>Inception Report: Outlining the final evaluation methodology, data collection tools, and a detailed field-visit work plan.<\/p><\/td><td><p>Day 7<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Phase 2<\/p><\/td><td><p>First Draft Report: Initial analysis of findings, statistical evaluation of outputs, and structural layout of the report.<\/p><\/td><td><p>Day 20<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Phase 3<\/p><\/td><td><p>Final Valuation Report: The consolidated, professionally formatted report (in English or French as required) including executive summary, data visualizations, and final recommendations + an analytical presentation slide deck.<\/p><\/td><td><p>Day 30<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Master\u2019s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.<\/li><li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in monitoring, evaluating, and formulating associative or development projects, preferably with civil society organizations or international NGOs.<\/li><li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong> Strong expertise in statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and professional report writing.<\/li><li><strong>Language:<\/strong> Professional fluency in French and English; command of Moroccan Arabic is essential for field research.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Evaluation Criteria (100 Points)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Proposals will be evaluated based on a total score of 100 points, broken down as follows:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Technical Profile &amp;
