  1. Objective<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    The purpose of this consultancy is to recruit a qualified Education Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement Expert to identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders within the education sector across the target areas of the SAFE-MIT project.<\/p>

    The consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the project’s outreach strategy by mapping relevant educational institutions and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration, and identifying opportunities for partnership-building with schools, educational authorities, vocational training centers, and other relevant actors.<\/p>

    The final mapping exercise will provide the project team with a strategic stakeholder database and actionable recommendations to support the effective implementation of awareness activities on irregular migration and trafficking.<\/p>

    1. Scope of Work & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator and will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/p>

      1. Stakeholder Identification & Mapping<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        • Identify key educational stakeholders within the Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra region, including:<\/li>
        • Public and private secondary schools.<\/li>
        • Vocational training centers.<\/li>
        • Regional and provincial education authorities.<\/li>
        • School administrators and educational decision-makers.<\/li>
        • Relevant civil society organizations working in education and youth development.<\/li>
        • Develop a stakeholder mapping framework categorizing actors according to their relevance, influence, and potential contribution to the SAFE-MIT project.<\/li><\/ul>
          1. Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
            • Establish communication with identified stakeholders to validate information and assess their interest in collaboration.<\/li>
            • Conduct interviews, consultations, or meetings with selected stakeholders.<\/li>
            • Identify strategic entry points and partnership opportunities for project implementation.<\/li>
            • Document stakeholder expectations, capacities, and potential contributions.<\/li><\/ul>
              1. Database Development & Analysis<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                • Develop a comprehensive and structured stakeholder database including:<\/li>
                • Institutional information.<\/li>
                • Contact details.<\/li>
                • Key focal persons.<\/li>
                • Areas of intervention.<\/li>
                • Potential level of engagement.<\/li>
                • Analyze stakeholder relationships and identify priority institutions for project deployment.<\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Reporting & Recommendations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                    • Prepare a concise mapping report presenting:<\/li>
                    • Stakeholder analysis findings.<\/li>
                    • Partnership opportunities.<\/li>
                    • Geographic coverage.<\/li>
                    • Priority engagement recommendations.<\/li>
                    • Present practical recommendations to support future collaboration and awareness campaign Implementation.<\/li><\/ul>

                        1. Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          Education: <\/strong><\/p>

                          • Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Sociology, or related fields.<\/li><\/ul>

                            Experience: <\/strong><\/p>

                            • At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder mapping, institutional analysis, education sector engagement, or partnership development.<\/li>
                            • Previous experience working with schools, educational authorities, civil society organizations, or international development projects.<\/li><\/ul>

                              Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>

                              • Strong stakeholder analysis and facilitation skills.<\/li>
                              • Experience in conducting interviews and institutional consultations.<\/li>
                              • Excellent reporting and analytical writing abilities.<\/li>
                              • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and database management tools.<\/li><\/ul>

                                Languages: <\/strong><\/p>

                                • Professional proficiency in Arabic and French.<\/li>
                                • Knowledge of English is considered an asset.<\/li><\/ul>
