1.Technical Specifications for Printing Materials<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring high-quality printing, finishing, sorting, packaging and delivery of the following monitoring and evaluation tools. The total printing quantity under this assignment is 56,872 copies<\/strong>. The final quantities and approved layouts will be confirmed by YES before printing.<\/p>\n

2.Evaluation Forms \u2013 Teachers<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Type of Documents: Pre\/post-training questionnaires and impact assessment sheets.<\/p>\n

Format and Paper: A4 format, superior white offset paper.<\/p>\n

Printing: High-quality color  printing, double-sided, with faithful reproduction of the approved digital files.<\/p>\n

Language(s): The provider shall print the approved files in the language(s) supplied by YES, without modifying the content, layout or wording.<\/p>\n

3.Monitoring Forms \u2013 Students<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Type of Documents: Activity logs, awareness quizzes and session evaluation sheets.<\/p>\n

Format and Paper: A4 , as specified for each individual tool, on 80g paper.<\/p>\n

Printing: High-visibility color or black-and-white printing, according to the approved specifications for each tool.<\/p>\n

Language(s): The provider shall print the approved files in the language(s) supplied by YES, without modifying the content, layout or wording.<\/p>\n

A detailed quantity and specification schedule shall be provided\/confirmed by YES before the order is placed, including, for each tool: name of the tool, format, number of pages, number of copies, paper grammage, printing mode, finishing and delivery destination.<\/p>\n

4.Eligibility Criteria & Provider Profiles<\/strong><\/h6>\n

To maximize flexibility and support the local professional ecosystem, this call for proposals is open to two types of legal statuses, subject to the applicable administrative and tax requirements.<\/p>\n

Option A: Corporate Entities \/ Printing Companies (SARL, S.A., etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Must possess the required valid professional registration(s), including Patente where applicable, and a valid Common Corporate Identifier (ICE).<\/li>\n
  • Must be able to issue a compliant invoice showing the applicable VAT (TVA) regime.<\/li>\n
  • Must demonstrate sufficient technical and operational capacity to manage the required printing volume within the agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Option B: Self-Employed Providers (Auto-Entrepreneurs)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Must hold a valid registration in the National Register of Auto-Entrepreneurs and maintain a compliant tax status.<\/li>\n
    2. Must be able to issue invoices compliant with the applicable Auto-Entrepreneur regime.<\/li>\n
    3. Any reference to VAT exemption shall be understood as subject to the tax regime legally applicable to the provider at the time of invoicing.<\/li>\n
    4. The provider may work with or subcontract a certified printing workshop where legally permitted. In such cases, the contracted provider remains fully responsible to YES for quality, confidentiality, deadlines, conformity and delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      5.Scope of Delivery, Logistics, and Deadlines<\/strong><\/h6>\n

      Primary Delivery Address:<\/strong> Youth Empowerment Society (YES) Headquarters: Quartier Salam 2 av Youcef Ben Tachafine N90 2eme Etage Tiflet Maroc<\/p>\n

      Execution Deadline<\/strong>: All ordered items must be fully delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from the final approval of the final approval of the digital or physical \u201cReady-to-Print\u201d file (BAT).<\/p>\n

      Ready-to-Print Approval (BAT): The BAT is the final validation by YES of the print-ready file before the printing process is launched. No printing shall begin before the BAT is approved by YES.<\/p>\n

      Quality Control<\/strong>: Each delivery batch must comply with the approved file, quantities, formats, paper grammage, finishing and colour\/printing specifications.<\/p>\n

      Any batch exhibiting printing defects, including ink smudges, misalignments, uneven cutting, inverted or missing pages, incorrect pagination, defective binding, wrong quantities, non-conforming paper, or blurry\/low-resolution logos, may be rejected and shall be fully corrected or reprinted at the supplier\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n

      Packaging<\/strong>: All printed materials shall be appropriately sorted and packaged, using moisture-resistant packaging suitable for protecting paper materials during handling and transport.<\/p>\n

      Financial Offer:<\/strong> Proposed prices shall clearly state whether they include handling, packaging and transport to the agreed delivery location(s). Unless otherwise specified, all such costs shall be included in the quoted total.<\/p>\n

      6.Financial Offer Requirements<\/strong><\/h6>\n

      The financial offer shall be submitted as a detailed proforma invoice or equivalent price schedule and shall include, for each type of tool\/form:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Description \/ name of the tool.<\/li>\n
      • Format and number of pages.<\/li>\n
      • Quantity of copies.<\/li>\n
      • Unit price.<\/li>\n
      • Total price per item.<\/li>\n
      • Applicable taxes \/ VAT, where applicable.<\/li>\n
      • Total amount excluding tax, applicable taxes, and total amount including tax, where applicable.<\/li>\n
      • Packaging and transport costs, if not already included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        For Auto-Entrepreneurs, the financial offer shall reflect the tax regime legally applicable to the provider and clearly indicate the amount invoiced.<\/p>\n

        7.Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/h6>\n

        Offers will be assessed on the basis of the following criteria:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Technical quality and conformity of the proposed printing solution: 40%.<\/li>\n
        • Financial offer and value for money: 40%.<\/li>\n
        • Relevant experience, technical capacity and ability to meet deadlines: 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          YES may request clarification, technical samples or additional information from shortlisted candidates before final selection.<\/p>\n

          8.Submission Documents<\/strong><\/h6>\n

          Interested candidates must submit a complete proposal package including:<\/p>\n

          A.Technical Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. A precise description of the paper stock, printing process and finishing proposed.<\/li>\n
          2. Technical data sheets and\/or physical samples, where possible.<\/li>\n
          3. Confirmation of production capacity and ability to meet the maximum 7-working-day delivery deadline.<\/li>\n
          4. Brief description of relevant previous printing assignments, particularly for institutional, educational, M&E or NGO materials, where available<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            B. Financial Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Detailed proforma invoice or price schedule specifying unit and total prices by type of form\/tool.<\/li>\n
            2. Clear indication of the amount excluding tax, applicable VAT\/taxes, and the amount including tax, where applicable.<\/li>\n
            3. Clear indication that packaging and transport costs are included, or separate pricing if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              9. General Conditions<\/strong><\/h6>\n

              The provider shall not modify the content, wording, logos, visual identity or layout of the documents supplied by YES unless expressly authorized in writing.<\/p>\n

              All files, forms and project-related information received from YES shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of executing this service.<\/p>\n

              The selected provider shall remain responsible for the conformity and quality of all materials delivered, including where part or all of the production is subcontracted.<\/p>\n
