The project contributes to:<br \/>Strengthening two-way communication between citizens and government bodies through mechanisms that allow for the expression of citizens\u2019 voices and expectations.<br \/>Enabling civil society to use tools for policy formulation and propose concrete alternatives that reflect the needs of the population.<br \/>Improving public service delivery through well-structured recommendations and petitions based on field data.<br \/>Fostering a culture of participation and trust, reinforcing a relationship of transparency and credibility between local stakeholders and citizens.<br \/>Transforming government communication from a one-way approach to an interactive dialogue that lays the foundation for more legitimate and responsive decision-making.<br \/>This approach was implemented through a series of in-depth training workshops in areas such as:<br \/><strong>\u2013 Promoting participatory government communication based on dialogue and transparency.<br \/>\u2013 Participatory Democracy<br \/>\u2013 Advocacy<br \/>\u2013 Drafting Petitions and Advisory Opinions<\/strong><br \/>As a result, civil society participants developed several petitions and advisory opinions, formulated with the support of the project team and submitted to elected and relevant authorities. This made \u201cNIDAA\u201d a pioneering experience in integrating democratic participation tools into the improvement of government communication and achieving tangible impact on the
