The purpose of this mission is to identify potential partners and donors, both in Morocco and abroad, whose objectives align with the mission and scope of the project, in order to ensure its continuity and growth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0f91dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b0f91dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Presentation of YES<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49bd28a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49bd28a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1302\">The Youth Empowerment Society (YES) Association was founded in 2017. Its work is primarily focused on youth empowerment by offering learning opportunities, strengthening capacities, and establishing communication channels between young people and local and international organizations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-873f5a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"873f5a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Objective of the Mission<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37cdbc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37cdbc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1759\">The main objective is to recruit an experienced expert to develop a comprehensive mapping of potential donors and partners capable of providing financial and\/or technical support to the \u201cGet Heard\u201d project. This work will provide YES with a strategic engagement plan to secure long-term, sustainable funding, enabling the project to continue its activities and positively impact more victims of gender-based violence.<\/p><p data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1796\">The expert will be responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"2453\"><li data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1893\"><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1893\">Reviewing the history, objectives, and past fundraising efforts of the \u201cGet Heard\u201d project.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"2013\"><p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2013\">Identifying potential donors, partners, and granting institutions at the local, national, and international levels.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2103\"><p data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2103\">Mapping opportunities in the fields of gender-based violence and women\u2019s empowerment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2264\"><p data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2264\">Providing a structured database of potential donors and partners, including eligibility criteria, application processes, deadlines, and contact information.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2333\"><p data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2333\">Delivering a final presentation of the findings to the YES team.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2453\"><p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2453\">Facilitating a training session for the YES team on follow-up and engagement strategies based on the mapping organizations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3132\" data-end=\"3285\"><p data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3285\">Excellent knowledge of donor landscapes and technical partners working in the fields of women\u2019s rights, gender-based violence, and youth empowerment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3352\"><p data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3352\">Strong skills in analysis, research, and database development.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3433\"><p data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3433\">Demonstrated capacity to develop strategic engagement and fundraising plans.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3434\" data-end=\"3497\"><p data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3497\">Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3498\"
