1. Objective<\/h3>\n\n

To produce two high-quality institutional videos that showcase the mission, activities, and impact of the SAFE-MIT project. These videos will serve as the primary visual identity for the project in meetings with donors, partners, and at official events.<\/p>\n\n

2. Required Deliverables<\/h3>\n\n

The consultant\/agency will be responsible for producing:<\/p>\n\n

Video 1: Project Overview (Duration: 2\u20133 minutes)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  • A comprehensive presentation of the SAFE-MIT project.<\/li>\n\n
  • Includes interviews with project leads, footage of activities, and a clear explanation of the goals (preventing trafficking and irregular migration).<\/li>\n\n
  • Style: Professional, cinematic, and institutional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Video 2: Impact & Testimonials (Duration: 60\u201390 seconds)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    • Focuses on the human element, featuring short testimonials from youth participants or community partners.<\/li>\n\n
    • Highlights the tangible changes and the importance of awareness.<\/li>\n\n
    • Style: Emotional, fast-paced, and engaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      3. Scope of Work<\/h3>\n\n

      • Pre-production:<\/strong> Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and scouting locations in coordination with YES.<\/li>\n\n
      • Production:<\/strong> Professional filming (4K quality), lighting, and high-fidelity sound recording.<\/li>\n\n
      • Post-production:<\/strong> Professional editing, color grading, background music (royalty-free), motion graphics (titles\/subtitles), and professional voice-over (if required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        4. Technical Specifications<\/h3>\n\n

        • Resolution:<\/strong> Minimum 1080p for social media and presentations.<\/li>\n\n
        • Formats:<\/strong> Optimized versions for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.<\/li>\n\n
