- Technical Specifications
The supplier must provide brand new, authentic, and high-quality USB flash drives meeting the exact technical criteria below:
- Brand: Kingston or an equivalent device with the same specifications (High-quality, original products only – Counterfeit/Fake products will be rejected instantly).
- Capacity: 32 GB.
- Condition: Brand new, individually sealed in original factory packaging.
- Warranty: Minimum 6-month manufacturer warranty.
- Scope of Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery Location: Youth Empowerment Society (YES) Headquarters: Salam 1 Quarter, No. 90, 2nd floor, Ibn Tachafine Avenue, Tiflet.
- Delivery Deadline: All 380 units must be delivered within 7 days maximum from the date of signing the purchase order.
- Transportation Costs: The supplier is fully responsible for all shipping, transportation, and delivery costs to the headquarters.
- Evaluation & Selection Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance and cost-efficiency:
- Technical Conformity & Authenticity (50 pts): Verification of the exact model, speed, and strict guarantee of product authenticity (Providing a certificate of authenticity or sample if requested).
- Financial Offer (40 pts): Lowest unit price and total cost.
- Delivery Speed (10 pts): Ability to deliver the items in the shortest time frame.
- Submission Guidelines
Interested suppliers/companies must submit a Proforma Invoice (Facture Proforma) or a formal quotation including:
- Unit Price (Excluding VAT / HT) and Net Unit Price (Including VAT / TTC).
- Total Price for the 380 units (TTC).
- Delivery timeline and validity period of the quotation.
- Company registration details (ICE, IF, RC, Patente).
