Our Story

The focus of our work at YES Association is empowering young people by creating learning opportunities, strengthening capacities, and building networking opportunities with local and international organizations.

Our ambition is to be a reference in empowering the youth in marginalized places. That’s why our work is focused on the following:

• Training young men and women in leadership and democracy to boost their political participation and decision-making capabilities.
• Offering practical solutions to break down barriers for youth and women to participate in politics.
• Building human rights knowledge across all our target groups.
• Enhancing educational opportunities and promoting lifelong learning to empower youth and women in all spheres of life.
• Promoting the economic and social empowerment of women, with an emphasis on improving their financial standing.
• Connecting with local and international organizations to exchange ideas and experiences.
• Strengthening communication skills, helping our beneficiaries express their ideas and ambitions effectively.
