Objectives
Our Story
The focus of our work at YES Association is empowering young people by creating learning opportunities, strengthening capacities, and building networking opportunities with local and international organizations.
Our ambition is to be a reference in empowering the youth in marginalized places. That’s why our work is focused on the following:
- Training young men and women in leadership and democracy to boost their political participation and decision-making capabilities.
- Offering practical solutions to break down barriers for youth and women to participate in politics.
- Building human rights knowledge across all our target groups.
- Enhancing educational opportunities and promoting lifelong learning to empower youth and women in all spheres of life.
- Promoting the economic and social empowerment of women, with an emphasis on improving their financial standing.
- Connecting with local and international organizations to exchange ideas and experiences.
- Strengthening communication skills, helping our beneficiaries express their ideas and ambitions effectively.
Our Projects - Transforming Ideas into Impact
SAFE-MIT
The SAFE MIT project is an educational and awareness-raising initiative designed to raise awareness around the topic of irregular migration and provide safe alternatives among young people in Morocco.
The project is funded by the EU, Contracted by ICMPD, and Implemented by Seefar and the Youth Empowerment Society (YES).
ADP - YES
ADP YES : Amélioration et Développement des Performances de l’association Youth Empowerment Society“ is an institutional development initiative dedicated to institutionalizing the work of the association and enhancing its internal capacities across all levels, Within the framework of the “Dialogue” program.
NIDAA
“NIDAA” is an initiative dedicated to strengthening civic participation and empowering civil society actors across Moroccan municipalities to engage in participatory democracy. Supported by the French Embassy and in partnership with the Tafra Center, the project enhances the capacity of local committees to improve public services through structured advocacy, policy input, and effective leadership training for youth.
Net@Wro
“NET-Tawro” is a pioneering initiative dedicated to the digitalization of associative work and enhancing the digital capabilities of 25 associations in the Khémisset province. In partnership with the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, the project provides technical support, cybersecurity training, and digital archiving solutions to streamline NGO operations and protect their data.
What We Do
The Youth Empowerment Society (YES) is committed to empowering youth in marginalized areas and transforming them into active leaders by providing innovative learning opportunities and enhancing their leadership, professional, and rights-based capabilities. The Association also places special emphasis on the legal and economic empowerment of women, while establishing bridges of communication and local and international partnerships that open promising horizons for the future.”
