1. Technical Specifications

The supplier must provide premium, customized honorary trophies matching the following criteria:

• Material: High-quality Premium Crystal or Optical Glass (Acrylic options will only be considered if they are high-density, scratch-resistant, and premium grade).
• Design & Shape: Elegant modern geometric or flame design, suitable for high-level institutional and civil society recognition.
• Customization & Engraving:
  • High-definition 2D/3D Laser engraving or premium UV printing inside/on the crystal.
  • Mandatory integration of the project branding: YES, Seefar, and MMD III logos.
  • Individual text customization per trophy (Names of honoraries, dates, and appreciation text in Arabic/English).
• Packaging: Each of the 30 trophies must be delivered inside a premium, padded presentation gift box (lined with velvet or satin) to ensure maximum protection during transit and an elegant presentation.

2. Scope of Delivery & Logistics

Delivery Address: Youth Empowerment Society (YES) Headquarters: Al Salam neighborhood, Bir Anzaran Street, second floor, apartment number 6, building number 179, Tiflet 15400

• Delivery Timeline: All 30 customized units must be delivered within a maximum of 10 days from the final approval of the design blueprint.
• Quality Check: Any trophy showing defects, scratches, wrong engraving, or low-quality printing will be instantly rejected and must be replaced by the supplier at no extra cost.
• Transportation: The financial offer must include all shipping and delivery fees directly to the headquarters.
