Deliverables: 2 Professional Institutional Videos

1. Objective

To produce two high-quality institutional videos that showcase the mission, activities, and impact of the SAFE-MIT project. These videos will serve as the primary visual identity for the project in meetings with donors, partners, and at official events.

2. Required Deliverables

The consultant/agency will be responsible for producing:

Video 1: Project Overview (Duration: 2–3 minutes)

  • A comprehensive presentation of the SAFE-MIT project.
  • Includes interviews with project leads, footage of activities, and a clear explanation of the goals (preventing trafficking and irregular migration).
  • Style: Professional, cinematic, and institutional.

Video 2: Impact & Testimonials (Duration: 60–90 seconds)

  • Focuses on the human element, featuring short testimonials from youth participants or community partners.
  • Highlights the tangible changes and the importance of awareness.
  • Style: Emotional, fast-paced, and engaging.

3. Scope of Work

  • Pre-production: Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and scouting locations in coordination with YES.
  • Production: Professional filming (4K quality), lighting, and high-fidelity sound recording.
  • Post-production: Professional editing, color grading, background music (royalty-free), motion graphics (titles/subtitles), and professional voice-over (if required).

4. Technical Specifications

  • Resolution: Minimum 1080p for social media and presentations.
  • Formats: Optimized versions for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Branding: Strict adherence to YES and project branding guidelines (logos, colors).

5. Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in producing institutional or NGO-style documentaries.
  • Professional equipment (High-end cameras, drones, lighting kits).
  • Strong portfolio showing similar video projects.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines in Morocco.

6. Submission Requirements

  1. Technical Proposal: Outlining the production timeline and equipment list.
  2. Portfolio/Showreel: Links to previous institutional videos.
  3. Financial Bid: Inclusive of all production and editing costs.
