NIDAA

NIDAA (Nouvelle Initiative pour le Développement des Actions Associatives) aims to support civic participation in the community of Tiflet. It was developed with the objective of contributing to the social and developmental dynamics of the city of Tiflet, where training and mentoring will be provided to 30 activists representing civil society associations. The main goal of this project is to enhance their contribution to the formulation of ideas and proposals aimed at improving public social services in the city of Tiflet.
This goal will be achieved through the provision of training courses designed to develop leadership skills and political communication for the participants. Additionally, participants will learn how to manage and use data to develop advocacy strategies and formulate petitions and advisory opinions. The process will also include workshops to understand the mechanisms of civic participation in Morocco through participatory democracy.

Besides the theoretical training, the project will also include a practical component. Training courses on problem analysis techniques will be organized, and participants will be taught how to formulate petitions and advisory opinions aimed at improving local social services in Tiflet. These training sessions will be conducted through direct interactions with the participants, who will be divided into groups to work on formulating advisory opinions and petitions according to the outlined schedule.
To implement the proposals and solutions developed by the participants, summaries of these proposals will be presented at a roundtable discussion with representatives from the Municipal Council of Tiflet to discuss and explore implementation methods.
